1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, or damaged.
  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products, and gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@hovito.xyz or through our contact form on the website. Please include:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Photographs of the product (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
  • Return Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially if the item has been opened or is in non-resalable condition.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Process: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the item is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • A description of the damage or defect.

We will provide you with a return label at no cost and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, based on your preference and availability.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please contact us before sending the item back. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes related to the return process.
